Lupe was the director of the Jordi Évole’s TV program “Salvados”, widely known as the most influential prime-time journalistic news show in Spain. “Salvados” is composed of single episodes with a highly social and political emphasis, dealing with current affairs like corruption, state terrorism, racism, church abuse, migration, and human trade. It combines a documentary perspective with in-depth interviews to relevant figures in the Spanish and worldwide political spectrum, such as Maduro, Aznar, Zapatero, Varoufakis, Evo Morales, Rajoy, Pedro Sánchez or Pope Francis.
Nominated for Best Director for the 2014-2015 season at the 2015 Iris Awards.

Shooting Director of “Clandestino” (Discovery Max), with David Beriain, reporting on conflicts and illegal trafficking around the world.

Director of the documentary “El Viaje De Bissie” (“Bissie’s Journey”) (2019) for Unicef, on prevention of childhood pneumonia in Ethiopia and Nepal.
